Guidelines for the use of clipart and logos

1. Create scandalous, obscene or immoral works using the Images;
2. Redistribute or sell the Images as stock clipart or logos;
3. Use any of the Images related to identifiable individuals or entities in a manner which suggest their association with or endorsement of any product or service;
4. Use the Images in electronic format unless all of the following are met;
   a) The Images are embedded at no higher than a base resolution of 320 x 480;
   b) The Images are incorporated for viewing purposes only;
   c) A TDIart.com credit is included in the proposed use;
   d) The Images do not represent a significant portion of the content of the proposed use; and
   e) The proposed use is not a product which is similar to or competes with any of the features 
        of any TDIart.com product;
5. Use or distribute the Images on-line or in multimedia applications unless all of the following are met;
   a) The Images are at a base resolution no higher than 320 x 480;
   b) A TDIart.com credit is included in the proposed use;
   c) The Images do not represent a significant portion of the content of the proposed use;
   d) The proposed use is not a product which is similar to or competes with any of the features
        of any TDIart.com product; and
   e) A notice is included in the proposed use specifying that the Images may not be saved
       or downloaded and are only to be used for viewing purposes.

CORPORATE LOGO, GOVERNMENT CREST, SEALS AND OTHER INSIGNIA

The national and municipal insignia contained in this product are protected by various laws against misuse. Generally speaking, all logos, insignia, patches, seals, flags and coats of arms contained herein.

Our copyright claim extends only to the software which we produce, not to the trademark or the logo. If any proprietary rights exist in any work that we reproduce, the company or entity that owns those rights must be contacted by the purchaser of the logo to obtain a license to use the particular name, design, trademark, or logo.
